Description

Mercedes Benz SLK 350, a three and a half litre V6 convertible with an electric metal folding roof. Silky smooth powerful engine and a beautiful cream leather interior with matching fitted quilted car mats from Whipmats. Dual-zone air conditioning, heated seats and Mercedes' amazing 'air-scarf' which you can set on one of three settings to keep your neck warm for those crisp, clear, but cooler days when you still want the roof down. An aftermarket rear parking sensor and camera has been fitted which works automatically when reverse is selected. Other standard accessories include cruise control, electric memory seats, automatic lights, wind-deflector, on-board computer, three driving modes (Sport, Comfort and Manual) with the option in manual mode to change gear via the steering wheel or the gearstick. The car drives beautifully; the 7-speed automatic gearbox is smooth as is the 3.5 litre V6 petrol engine. I have fitted a new Bosch battery, K&N performance air filters, replaced one of the ignition coil plugs, had a new Front Lower Brace (URLA5-2768) from Ultra Racing fitted as well as some subframe welding work completed. The car was serviced less than 1000 miles ago with new spark plugs, oil and oil filter replaced. It has a partial service history before that. There is a long MOT (until 16/07/2026) with just one minor defect and one advisory showing which you can view at the gov MOT website - I have priced it accordingly - this is a great car you can get for a cracking price. The bodywork and alloys are in good condition, the car is 21 years old, so there are some age-related marks, but nothing significant. The front lower valence on the bumper has been repaired at some stage and they appear to have used stone-chip resistant paint - so it has a bobbled effect rather than being smooth (see photos). To be fair, it is really difficult to notice and doesn't affect the overall look in my opinion. The car is in daily use, so the mileage will increase slightly.
