2009 Mazda MX-5 2.0 Sport Tech PRHT Top Spec MX-5 of this generation (NC), this is the Mk3.5 MX-5 with the facelift and all the goodies. Electric retractable hard-top, heated leather seats (all in good condition), Bose sound system among the best features. Never raced or tracked, used purely as a daily driver by myself for the last 8 years. I commute 50 miles daily so the engine has always been given a good run when the car is used. Only after-market modifications are a Pipercross air intake and a sport exhaust back-box (installed when I bought the car, so unknown on the brand). Sounds absolutely lovely, not too loud but gives it a lot of character. Exhaust tips are slightly larger than stock as a result. Chain driven engine, extremely reliable. 6-speed manual gearbox, a delight to use. Oil changed religiously every 10k miles , never missed. Part-service history. All tires in good condition. MOT Valid until 11.03.26 Any welding work that has needed doing has been done to a high standard to pass MOT, no expense spared. Some rust beginning to show around the rear wheel arches and clearcoat is fading on the rear panel where the roof sits when it's down (shown in pictures) - sadly common in NCs. A few stone chips as expected at this age, touch up paint included in sale. Scuffing on one rear alloy. Leather seats, Bose sound system, convertible roof and all other electrics work perfectly. No warning lights on the dash. The car needs a little bodywork TLC which sadly I don't have the time for anymore (reflected in the price). Runs and drives like a dream, and is honestly the most fun I've ever had in a car. Quite emotional bringing it back from the valet today, and very sad to see it go, but as life demands, I needed a bigger car. This car has made a life-long Mazda enthusiast out of me, and I hope it brings the next owner as much joy as it has me. Viewings and test-drives welcome.
