This is my father's Volkswagen Golf GTI Wolfsburg edition 2.0 which i am listing on his behalf. This is a clean but honest example of a golf GTI which has only 49.5K miles on it and 3 previous owners from new. It has MOT until 20/5/2026 and has a full service history which also includes invoices for a cambelt and water pump replacement on 3/4/2009 at around 23,000 miles. it drives straight, runs perfectly fine but it has got a very high clutch pedal and a temperamental central locking system sometimes. It has just recently had the coolant temperature sensor replaced as it was faulty and a new passenger front window regulator as the old one was faulty. The speaker in that door has not been put back in as it was riveted to the old door skin but it will come with the car when it is sold. It has also had a new set of reg plates put on it to tidy it up a bit with the old plates still in the boot. There are a few problems with this car, the main 2 being the temperamental central locking sometimes and the high clutch pedal, but other than that there is a scratch on the right side of the front bumper, the headliner in front of the boot lid is starting to sag slightly, the rear brake discs and pads look worn but still have plenty of life left in them, the central LED screen on the dash does light up but does not display anything and there is a couple minor scratches here and there on the bodywork but nothing serious. All in all, this is a very well kept but honest car with the average signs of wear for a 23 year old motor. The mileage may go up slightly as it is still being used. The reason for sale is due to the car not being needed anymore as we only need 1 car now rather than 2. Payment is bank transfer only.
