Bought from new, this has been a wonderful first foray in the world of electric vehicles for us and been a fantastic 2nd car. Unbelievably cheap to run; especially if you have solar panels. Reliable, comfortable, nippy and surprisingly spacious - 2 medium size dogs fit easily into the boot. Only major work were front suspension arms replaced after we hit a pothole. 160miles range summer, 140 winter. Max 22kwHr charging (no CCS). There is some minor body work issues - some superficial scratches and a small 1.5CM superficial dent in the front passenger door. Being replaced with another Renault EV. We were so pleased with it that our first car is also now another EV and we'd never go back. We honestly estimate battery degradation at about 10% over the 7 years we have had it but it is on battery lease so no worries on that score.
