For sale - my Porsche Boxster 986 (2.7). I've only had the car since March but sadly personal circumstances means I'm sizing down my collection for a while. I don't need to sell it but if I'm honest as my partner is too tall to come with me in it, it's not getting the use I'd hoped it would and between my two "fun cars" this one sadly is more expensive and has less use for us. The car came really well specced from factory, with the desirable sports seats in Savannah Beige and optional turbo "twist" alloys which is what really attracted me to the car in the first place. The previous owner also added the exhaust from the "S" model which sounds great. I work in the automotive industry at the head office of a manufacturer, so I have a company car and the Porsche is just a toy for the weekend. I only ever put Shell V-Power in it, and wait till it's fully warm before driving it above 2.5k rpm. I've just spent 1500 having the car serviced, brake fluid changed, and a new genuine Porsche Calliper on the front. I have also rebuilt the throttle body recently (a common fault that after 20+ years they need a bit of TLC) and the car is MOT'd till April 2026. There is a gap between 2014-2020 in the servicing, but upon seeing the car you'll see how good condition it's in. When I say the paint and interior are almost immaculate I really mean it. The car is incredibly clean, all I can find is a single dent, a scuffed wheel and potentially the need for the headlights/rear plastic screen needing some detailing to de-cloud them.
