Description

Hello, I am selling my Mercedes as a job change means I will be using the train for the next couple of years; it has just passed its MoT. I'll set the details out in classic Western style: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly. The Good. I am the 3rd owner, original was an eldery lady, second owners were a young couple with their first child and then me, a boring middle-aged chap who drove the car to work on a Monday and then again on a Friday to get home. The car has been well maintained throughout with premium tyres and wipers fitted and all services met. I have fitted tailored rubber car mats (original carpet mats included) and have always used a boot liner). The car has only hosted me, non-smoker, non-vaper, no pets - my children have been kept clear of this car. I have all the the invoices from the car's history - please note that the screw in tyre picked up in the recent MOT has been repaired and invoice available. The car is exceptionally quiet to drive, quite frugal and yet more than happy maintaining high motorway speeds. The sound system is excellent, and the heated and electrically adjustable seats (driver and passenger) all work. This is a genuinely lightly used car that is well looked after and the mileage means it has years of service left. The Bad I only discovered today whilst cleaning it that the rear near-side passenger door doesn't lock with the remote - so clearly Ive left the car unlocked throughout my ownership. The lock works fine if you manually depress it as does the alarm. The door card needs to removed to adjust it, this is reflected in the price. The Ugly The car is 15 years old so it has some marks on the paintwork work but I have had the car MOP'd prior to sale. Please note the laquer has peeled on the roof rails (in photos) but there is nothing that can be done to repair this. Test drives welcome with a driving licence and valid insurance.
