The car comes with a full service history, including recent new front Bridgestone RE050A tyres. It drives beautifully, has no squeaks or rattles, VTEC engages well and it pulls strong through every gear. Arches are in great condition, no significant body rust. Has never been in an accident, has had only 4 previous owners, and has one original key with remote fob. As with any car of this age, there are some minor imperfections. Namely the handbrake which works sufficiently for everyday use but could use an adjustment and potentially new cables, and a partially rusted subframe bar brace behind the engine bay that could do with replacing. Non-structural and I have seen some people mention removing this altogether (although I wouldn't recommend this!) Cost of parts for each job should be around seventy quid.
