Jaguar XJS Celebration Anniversary model 1995 4 litre straight six. 2025 is the 50th year of the XJS since it was launched in 1975. I have owned the car for 7 years now. The mileage is 127800, Jaguar original colour Turquoise, it has a high quality audio system with Bluetooth, a discreet sub woofer and amplifier in the boot, but not obstructing boot space. There is history with it verifying its mileage. In recent years it had a new windscreen and seal fitted. The aircon works. The original headlining has been refitted, the sills and wheel arches are all in superb condition as is all the metalwork. Engine and automatic gearbox work well, all engine hoses replaced last year. ABS works fine as does the handbrake and brakes, front calipers and flexible hoses replaced with new Girling calipers 600 miles ago. Suspension rides very quietly and comfortably having been overhauled with many new rubber joints and links in recent years. Chassis is all good. Steering rack rubber mounts also replaced. The lighting has been upgraded to LED with new twin headlamps, the original oval headlamps are with the car. Paintwork on the drivers door had some lacquer peeling along its top edge and has been carefully re-lacquered but admittedly I can see a very slight difference. Wheels are in good condition. Tyres are all good. The original interior upholstery is in good condition, no rips nor burn marks. Generally it is in very good reliable and usable condition, if you seek perfection then the bonnet would benefit from a respray although not bad, and there is a bird dropping mark on the roof. Paintwork on the drivers door had some slight lacquer peel which has been carefully re-lacquered but I must say I can see a slight difference. Enquiries/questions welcome by phone.
