Let me introduce you to Penelope. She came into the world in 1997, delivered by the renowned midwife H R Owen in Old Brompton Road. Her loving parents, both doctors, then proudly took her back to be brought up at the family home in Farnham. Her childhood was such a happy one. Days out and wonderful adventures, but only when the journey, or the destination was a worthy one, hence Penelope is nearly as fresh and perfect as the day she was born, with just 38,000 miles behind her. Her doctor parents took every care of her as she gently grew up, helping her to blossom into such a lovely young lady, with impeccable manners and Audrey Hepburn style class. Eventually the time came when Penelope wanted to experience new adventures, so she spread her wings and left home in 2024 aged 27. Penelope has always turned heads. You should see her in her black sapphire dress, which is a deep midnight blue. The colour subtly changes as the light of the day alters. So how did I meet Penelope? Well, we were introduced by Iconic Auctioneers at the most delightful event, the Silverstone Festival. It was a crowded room, but she stood out like a movie star. I was slightly tipsy after a magnificent lunch, I really did not know quite what was happening, but there we were, draw to one another so unexpectedly. We have been superbly happy together, what a romance. However, the time has come once again for Penelope to experience more of the world.
