The engine originated from a Vauxhall Calibra 4x4 Turbo and has been heavily tuned and now runs in rear wheel drive configuration. Engine power levels can be switched between low and high boost settings and the rest of the car has been modified to ensure that it can cope with the power and also stop just as fast if needed. The car is registered new in January 1981 on the log book and therefore it falls into the historic tax class so UK road tax is zero. Insurance is also fairly cheap with everything declared. A renewed MOT has recently been undertaken. It comes with a large stack of paperwork, history, user guides, wiring diagrams and manuals.
