I bought this car in early 2024 and have enjoyed 2 great summers wafting around with the roof down but with the imminent arrival of our 2nd Granchild in 2 years it will no longer be a practical solution so it's now time for the next owner to enjoy it. I spent many months looking for the right 6 Series, one with very low mileage and a good history file that hadn't been abused, neglected or repainted. I have had it serviced twice in my ownership with the last one having been done on 21/08/25 at 39,618 miles which also included new brake pads all round. I have also had the air conditioning re-gassed and a new condenser fitted. 4 new premium tyres were fitted in August 2024 and all still have atleast 6mm tread depth. The wheels were repainted (not diamond cut as the finish doesn't last) although there are a few little marks here and there but are still in great shape. When new these AC Schnitzer Alloys retailed at well in excess of 4K !!! The leather interior is in great condition commensurate with the vehicles low mileage as is the soft top hood which performs as it should and the car starts stops and drives without fault. I purchased it direct from the family of the previous owner who purchased the car direct from BMW in 2009. For the last 8 years of ownership the car was garaged and only covered minimal mileage each year to keep things lubricated and in working order. I was informed that it had been regularly serviced during this time despite the minimal mileage but only limited paperwork to show this. In terms of actual servicing this was mostly carried out by a local garage. Services were at the following mileages. 02/10/09 @ 13,564 28/08/2011 @ 20,332 18/03/2013 @ 24,741 16/03/2014 @ 26,379 06/10/2020 @ 29,959 97/10/2024 @ 34,889 21/08/2025 @ 39,617 As you can see it has only covered an average annual mileage of 2200 miles !! I chose this particular engine configuration as the N52 3.0 litre unit is undoubtedly one of the most robust and bulletproof engines that BMW have made in recent years. Servicing is simple, straightforward and relatively inexpensive. If you're in the market for one of these then I think you will be hard pushed to find a nicer one. It may be a cliche but I'm pretty confident this model is very likely to become a future classic but currently offers superior motoring at Fiesta Money. The only negative is the somewhat excessive Road Tax but thankfully you can pay it monthly which somewhat lessens the pain. Genuine enquiries welcome.
