The car will be given a new MOT before any purchase. I`ve had this car for over ten years, its been really well looked after and still drives superbly. BMW reckon these vehicles should do 250,000 miles and there's no reason why this one shouldn`t. The straight six sounds beautiful and still packs all its punch. This is a 155 (limited) mph car. The engine is the N53 which thanks to its direct fuel injection is significantly more fuel efficient, and at 272 BHP, slightly more powerful than its predecessor the N52. There are known issues with the orignal injectors but these have all been replaced (by BMW) and upgraded. I`ve never had any body work done so it could do with a freshen up. The aircon doesn`t work. Optional extras include black leather, heated mutifuctional front seats, keyless entry/ engine start. The gearbox is automatic but can be overridden using either the gear leaver or paddles on the steering column. There is a sport mode which tightens suspension and increases throttle response and available power. Next service (brake fluid only) is due next summer, nothing else is due service wise until 2027. Tyres are ll good and the car will be sold with 12 months MOT.
