The car ran out of MOT on 06 September 2025, so I am selling it as 'Spares or Repair'. However, up until then, I have been using the car daily. The car starts first time and drives absolutely fine but is obviously not legal to use at the moment, without an MOT. I had a 'Pre-MOT'done a week before it expired and it needed the following work done to pass the MOT: 3 new tyres Front suspension arms, both sides Welding on sills. The reason why I have not put the car through the MOT myself is simply because I am buying another car. As you can appreciate, it would not be viable for me to spend money on the car, as that money can be put into another. However, if you are mechanically minded or know someone who is, then it may be a nice little project and very easy to get it through the MOT and back on the road! Condition: As you can imagine, with a car of this age, there are scratches, chips, very slight bubbles of rust and marks on the bodywork but overall, the bodywork still looks very good. The interior of the car is actually still in quite good condition considering its age. There are 2 keys but they both need new batteries, so the car needs to be opened with the key at the moment, rather than remote. The reverse/parking sensor does not currently work. Every now and again, the engine management light comes on but then goes and stays off. Also, the glow plug warning light sometimes comes on, which results in the car acceleration to be limited but once the engine is switched off and back on, it stays off and drives fine. 2 Roof rail rack blank finishing caps missing. The Silencer on the exhaust is a little loose and rattles. A few months ago, the car had a new fan belt and air conditioning compressor unit fitted. Service history stamps up to 83000 miles. It has had oil and filter change/services since, which were done by a friend who is a mechanic. Obviously, the car will need to be collected by the buyer, so own arrangements for transportation of the car will need to be organised by yourself.
