For sale is our 2010 seat Ibiza 1.6 tdi My girlfriend has had this car about 6/7 years and it's been super reliable in that time. Replaced it with a Leon 1.6 tdi and this was used as a backup car after that. Good points - Very reliable **recent MOT with little mileage since** Cheap to run 60+MPG 30/year to tax Bad points - We had a problem with one of the injectors last year so that had to be done. The car runs ok now but idles rough after you've been driving / when stopping at junctions etc. turn it off and on and it's fine. (No warning lights) apparently it's something to do with the calibration. Does not affect the reliability of the car. Body work in very poor condition with lots of scrapes and scratches Driver side wing mirror is badly held on with a piece of strap and some glue & needs re fixing properly! Boot switch is broken so only very rarely works (need a new one). Battery is very poor so will need replacing or recharging at the minimum. The car is old and tired but would serve someone as a workhorse/runaround. Genuinely I trust this car to go to Scotland and back on a very low fuel useage. I welcome an extended test drive & also think it will be a really useful stop gap for someone. Also has hands free/bluetooth for phone useage as well. Genuinely a handy little car for someone that costs minimal to run.
