A fantastic small coupe-saloon with great looks and a top, top engine! This car has been wonderful to me, very reliable, requiring only work you would expect of something with this mileage, it has recently had a new battery, new shocks and bushes all round, and had the rocker cover and sump gaskets done, totalling over 3000 pounds of work. The engine runs just lovely, gearbox is tidy and the interior is in very good condition for the age. This is a soon-to-be classic, one of BMW's last naturally-aspirated straight six engines in a cool coupe body. Some signs of the age in some peeling paint lacquer and minor wear on the leather, but on plastic panels only and no signs of rust. It is fantastic to drive, quick acceleration and nippy steering paired well with good ergonomics and a 6-speed gearbox mean it copes well with motorways and opens up really well on the back roads. Despite its size and sporty design, the boot is very practical, especially with the back seats down, and with them up there is a surprising amount of space in the back for passengers. It's hard to let go of this car as it's served me well, but I'd be happy to see it go to someone who will appreciate it like I have!
