2008 Mitsubishi L200 D4D 4Life. 124,318 miles. Winter is coming! NO VAT. Have owned and used this pickup for work for just under a year an dit has been great, changed over to a van for more space so unfortunately pickup has to go. MOT until Jan 2026. Fitted with upgraded heavy duty rear leaf springs (custom made by Midland Road Springs), Heavy duty tow bar with 7 pin electrics, Insa Turbo Maker off road tyres (brilliant off road and have loads of tread left), Truckman canopy with rear and side lockable doors, rear facing LED work lights (very bright), rear facing orange beacon lights and black bonnet guard. I have had loads of work, done to this pickup during the last year including new power steering rack (and pump just before my ownership), reconditioned turbo, CAM BELT REPLACED at 115,083 miles, a prop-shaft centre bearing, engine service, new alternator and a ball joint as well as tracking and MOT etc. Everything works except the air con which has never bothered me. There aren't many creature comforts but The CD player has AUX plug in and it has electric windows and the heaters warm up quickly and get very hot! The body work is in reasonable condition, it has a few dents and scratches as to be expected for an older work truck and it's starting to get some surface rust appearing in the usual places but nothing that would threaten an MOT. I wax oiled it when I bought it so the underside is solid and well protected. Over all and including the canopy and shelves I have spent around 3500 on this truck since I've owned it to make it a strong, reliable and easy to use work truck.
