This car is in lovely condition throughout and most importantly with MX5s, the underneath is exemplary. I have just completed a full refurb of the vehicle underneath (160 hours) to properly rust proof it. No sprayed on underseal to trap moisture! I have hand sanded the front and rear subframes and all chassis bracings, then hand applied a coat of rust neutraliser. I have then painted on a layer of anti rust zinc primer and finally added two coats of chassis black. To finish off the refurb the front and rear subframes and chassis rails have then been spray pumped with Waxoyl for long lasting complete protection. The alloy wheels and callipers have also been refurbed as well as the braking system being updated with new disks and pads. I have owned the car for 2 and a half years. Throughout that time the car has started first time, every time, and the engine has never missed a beat. The new owner of this car can be sure that they will get a car that has been properly cared for and looked after and will give them many years of trouble free motoring into the future.
