In a nutshell the car is very well specified from factory, in superb condition and has had all of the common issues with this model rectified already. I won't go into details on the standard spec, just outline the optional extras that this one has (Spec'd same as a competition pack) EDC Logik 7 audio system Folding mirrors Heated front seats High beam assist High gloss shadow line trim Brushed aluminium internal trims (a nice contrast against the black interior) Competition wheels Over and above this it has the following: 2 pipe exhaust mod sounds awesome on full chat but very civilised when not. Gloss black kidney grills (I believe from new) Gloss black side vents from an edition model (genuine, with invoice - expensive!) CM wheels 359m wheels (hyper silver finish) 12mm rear spacers 15mm front H&R 25/15 lowering springs Ice white angel eye bulbs Its covered just over 106k and has a full service history which is BMW up until around 8 years ago and has then been serviced by BMW specialists since. I have stacks of paperwork to go with this car! Mechanically it is great and does not need any work doing. As above, all of the common problems areas on E92's have already been addressed (Throttle actuators and Rod bearings. Both actuators were replaced by a previous keeper costing around 1500 I have the invoice for this. The bottom end bearings have been replaced, along with the engine mounts at 85k by AP Automotive. This cost 1650. I have the original bearings which are in great condition, showing very little wear which I took that as a sign it's been well treated by all of its previous owners. It comes complete with both keys, all handbooks, manuals, receipts and a full stamped BMW service book. It is HPI clear and has had 10 previous keepers. This may sound like a lot; however it's not uncommon for M cars (or performance cars in general) to have multiple owners as often they are used as 2nd cars! The owner previous to me was an enthusiast and had owned it as a second car for over 4 years. Many cars suffer with lacquer peal to the roof, this one did and the previous owner had the roof stripped and re-lacquered (he worked in F1 and used a company that specialises in working with carbon) it still looks fantastic so no worries on that front.
