I have owned this car for 6 years. It is fully loaded, has a genuine low mileage and is ULEZ exempt. It starts first time and drives really well. It recently passed the MOT test with some minor advisories. The price is low because the bodywork suffers from typical W220 rust issues. If you don't mind driving a scruffy car, it's a lot of car for the money. Alternately, it can be used for spares.
