This is a 2014 1.6ltr Turbo Diesel VW beetle. This VW costs 30 a year for road tax. Mechanical aspects: It has had the coolant pump replaced, the coolant replaced, timing belt replaced, and the car has had a full service kit carried out, all by VW themsleves using original VW parts. So, although it has gone above 100,000 miles, it has had the appropriate care and mechanical attention that it requires to keep it fresh and working. Externally: This VW has been designed to look like a 1960s VW beetle. It has a classic Morris Mini roof rack (for visual effect), and it fits the size of the roof perfectly. It has been painted in a two tone paint scheme to match that classic look. Also, the bodywork has had additional chrome trim ware added on. All of this additional work has made for a modern retro car, and it grabs attention wherever it goes. Internally: In all honesty, the interior hasn't been taken too far away from it's original state. The interior has wood beading seat covers, again for that classic appeal. The dashboard itself has had additional clocks and gauges, original fitment by VW, that some other models don't have. You may note on custom classic VW beetles, owners fit these additional gauges. So, this was a nod by VW themselves to those who have pathed the way for VW over the years, and have aided them to become as popular as they are today. It has Air-conditioning, power steering, steering wheel controls for the audio system, Bluetooth, and also a multi CD changer. Why am I selling it? Well, I own a motorhome, and I am looking to invest into this new to me vehicle. In essence, I no longer need the VW beetle, and I wish for it to go to someone who will enjoy it for what it is. Luggage space in the rear is actually pretty decent. It drives really nicely, and is far more fuel efficient than its classic counterpart. Sadly, this is the last VW beetle model that was made by VW, ending a long history of Beetle mania. For any more information, please get in contact.
