For sale is our 135i 2012, manual 3 door. We purchased this in February 2024, the vehicle was a non runner with suspect big end failure, super common on the N55 engine. Crank was damaged beyond repair, engine was rebuilt with a genuine new BMW crankshaft, new uprated ACL race spec- main and conrod bearings, ARP bolts and new genuine seals as required. A hack engineering crank capture plate and a baffled sump was fitted to future proof the vehicle. The vehicle came with a uprated intercooler and hard cooler pipe along with uprated air filter, it is on a standard ECU map due to running in the new crank and shells, only other non standard item is the exhaust tips. It has had new vanos units, timing chain and oil pump chain, rocker cover, various gaskets, ARB links, ball joints, the list goes on. One advisory on the previous mot of front reaction arm bushes being worn. We haven't addressed this as the movement is minimal. Good service history with lots of receipt's, we have covered over 1500 faultless miles and carried out two oil changes as required by the engine builder using new genuine filters. Has clearly been well looked after in the past, has 2 genuine motorsport keys which were purchased by a previous owner at great expense, premium tyre, genuine or uprated parts used throughout. Vehicle drives exactly as it should. We have a uprated turbo charger and a de-cat pipe available if required came with it when purchased. Only faults we can find are one maybe 2 car park dents and one headlamp steams up if its raining. The wheels have some light kerbing marks. Very reluctant sale under sensitive circumstances.
