Perfect first car, or school run / shopping daily! I'm selling this civic on behalf of my aunty who's owned it for over 15 years and has been incredibly reliable, as to be expected with Hondas. Reason for sale is that she has finally updated to a more modern Honda Recorded as CAT D prior to my aunty purchasing over 15 years ago, body damage was resolved and sold to her with no impact to the function of the car, proven by her long ownership! Mechanically it has been maintained well, and any minors on MOT have been rectified immediately, has great service history, all original books, and 3 keys Despite it's age it has some great features such as electric mirrors, great sound system, leathers, and smooth gearbox. Really comfortable too, and boot is surprisingly big. Paintwork in general looks good for it's age, but does have some signs of use eg. some dings and small scratches on bumpers, as to be expected, and I've given it a quick machine polish and sealing, to show the nice colour. Interior is in great condition with minimal cracking in the leather, plastic trim still looks good, only real pain point is the headline is sagging Some bad points below, as to be expected with a car of this age are, and to be as honest and thorough as possible for next owner; AC is no longer cold, driver side fender took a small hit but only a cosmetic issue so hasn't been repaired due to its age. Some small dents round the bodywork here and there, minimal kerbing to the alloys, and EML comes on intermittently, with a VTEC Solenoid fault code, but a Honda specialist has fitted a new genuine VTEC Solenoid and VTEC power is all there, it just pops up now and again with no impact to the drive, specialist says it could just be a sensitive sensor. The EML light is currently off, just trying to be transparent as possible MOT is near but should pass no issues, as suspension work was done recently, and all minors rectified so it is good to go!
