An 'honest' example of a 1998 Defender 110, in good condition, very low mileage and in the desirable classic green with white roof. I have owned & maintained it myself since 2009. Some superficial rust as you would expect for the year, but the chassis is sound, welding was professionally undertaken to the chassis a few years ago. A reliable runner, MOT'd until June 26. It flew through the last MOT with no necessary repairs. The paintwork is slightly crazed, mainly on the doors, but good on the front wings and bonnet - you can see the difference on the photos, I haven't tried to fix this. It currently seats 9, as one bench seat was removed & replaced with an oak top, however we have the original seat & backrest, and the seatbelts are still in place to easily make it a 12 seater. I replaced the interior roof with steam-bent oak & carpeting - see photos. I have kept the vehicle as authentic as possible, the Alloy wheels & sun roof are original, it also has a tow bar, roof rack & spare wheel. I generally used it for holidays & adventures, carrying my canoe & as a mini camper van, hence the low mileage & good condition. A great vehicle, reluctantly selling.
