Selling the greatest family car in the world. You want space? It seats five and has a big boot. You want pace? How about 60mph in 7 seconds and a to speed of 150mph. This engine has 214bhp but that doesn't tell the real story. It has 330lb/ft of torque available from 1800rpm. That means it accelerates whenever you press the accelerator. But wait, this doesn't come at a cost. It costs less than 200 pounds a year to tax and gets 34mpg driving round town. I get 400 miles from a tank but once went up to Scotland and got 800 miles on the motorway. I have owned this car for 6 years, the longest I've ever owned a car. It has been looked after with regular services with all filters changed and the correct 10w60 Castrol M sport oil used. Last year it had a new clutch, gearbox service, rear diff service and two new rear springs. It has two keys, the original book pack in leather wallet and a file full of receipts. I've replaced the head unit for a modern stereo with USB port and had it fitted professionally so that the steering wheel buttons and rear parking sensors still work. In fact everything works on it including ice cold air conditioning. Now the bad bits. The rear arches have started to blister. The front splitter has a crack on it. It has a few stone chips and scrapes a 16 year old car accumulates. This is no show pony but a daily driver. It's sound mechanically but not cosmetically.
