This has been our family car for the last 4 years and has genuinely been faultless. It's the upgraded Advance model with digital dash board and upgraded screen and entertainment system. It is in the desirable dark grey metallic. The car is in great condition. As you'd expect of a car of this age, it does have the odd small mark on the body and wheels but the pictures are a very fair representation of the car and it is priced fairly. Both original VW charging cables are included - a UK 3 pin plug cable for charging at home and the type 2 cable for charging at a paid charging point. In terms of range, the car reports a range of 28 miles when it's fully charged. To answer the question that I'm sure you have, driven carefully its more realistic to achieve around 24-26 miles depending on season and use of air conditioning. We tend to do mostly local trips and so the majority of miles in our ownership have been on electric power. However the car has also taken us to the Alps. The hybrid option is great for this - allowing day to day miles to be cheap and pollution free while still allowing the car to take you on a long distance holiday. The car is French Crit Air registered with the correct sticker to allow access to French cities with pollution controls. A towbar with electrics are fitted. The car has a full set of fitted rubber mats including a fitted mat in the boot (this isn't shown in the picture as I wanted to show that the boot carpet is in great condition but the boot may is included if the buyer would like it). Throughout our ownership, the seats have had covers on them so they are in great condition. There is an iPhone holder with connection to the stereo system for CarPlay. If this holder doesn't suit your phone then it can be removed or replaced without leaving any evidence of it having been there. The last service & MoT was just a few weeks ago in October and tyre tread is 5mm both sides at the front and 4mm & 7mm at the rear. VW's latest recommendation for timing belt change is 160,000 miles and then every 20,000 miles.
