1999T Chimaera 400 in Crystal Verde. Circa 73,200 miles. MOT August 2026, no advisories. Lots of work done over the years Mid 60k, 2013, it had it's outriggers done at track vs road (receipted), the Chassis has also been waxoyled since. 2019 it had a new cam at X-works- around 70k. It's fitted with HEL brake lines, drilled discs all round and is wearing Yokohama AD08RS tyres all round - fronts are good, rears have done less than 1000 miles. It has a VW Lupo headlight conversion (done by X-works) and is a PAS equipped car. There are no problems with the roof or the plastic window. There is a fully stamped history from build to Aug 2020 at 69k. Since purchase in 2020 it's done 4500 miles in five years and has had the following work done by me or local garages. May 2021 BOSCH S5 battery. Circa 2500 miles ago,July'22, I changed the plugs, dizzy cap, rotor arm and coil. Around 1000 miles ago, April '24, Pair of Yoko AD08RS tyres on the rear. August 2024 it had front upper ball joints, front lower balljoints, track-rod ends, drop links and steering rack gators both sides. Both rear drop links and the rear exhaust rubber replaced. All parts were supplied by Racetech direct. 4 wheel aligned done by Unit 4. Finally in July 25 it had a brand new Gaz gold pro coilover kit fitted. (these have done 50 miles max!) It's scarcely been used this year but it has had another oil and filter change with Mobil 1 oil, the plugs removed and cleaned and a new set of 8mm plug leads. It drives, looks and sounds great but it is a 26 year old TVR and does have some imperfections. - The are a small number of stone chips around the vehicle commensurate with age and mileage. - The dash veneer is tired, cracked and ready for replacement and there are some small pieces of veneer missing from the section around the stereo. - There isn't a stereo fitted although I do have the original Pioneer unit and CD changer. - The passenger window doesn't work, I'm assuming motor but haven't striped it - it's the passenger side so doesn't get used. Overall it's ready to go. I am genuinely sorry to be selling but I have several other cars and bikes and unfortunately cannot keep them all.
