Mega clean, high-grade 2005 JDM EP3 Type R import with 141180 kms (87725 miles) MOT without advisories until 23 October 2026. The MOT tester was very impressed with the condition underneath The speedo, and MOT certificate, are in Kms I am the first and only UK owner. It was imported in 2024 by Guy Francis It is garaged and has not been out in the wet in the UK It's just had a new alternator and auxiliary belt Mostly original ...the back box is aftermarket, the central dash has been painted black, there's a red anodised Mugen gearknob, a Cusco strut brace and the rear wiper has been deleted There's no stereo The wheels are MINT and have good Bridgestone Potenzas on them, all round The seats are really clean, with no bolster damage. There is some minor 'bobbling' of the fabric on the bolsters as you get in The paint is all original, with only the most minor blemishes present, it's fantastic for a 20 year old car Absolutely ZERO rust, see pictures. The car was treated with Bilt Hamber in 2024 after Guy Francis imported it I only run it on V-Power and always allow engine and gearbox to warm up properly Much more involving and focussed on the road than a UK EP3, with a very planted and fun chassis. They feel a hell of alot quicker than the UK car, the LSD transforms the grip levels under that extra power that the JDM cars have. In my opinion there's just no need to modify the JDM version for road use. Everyone knows that the K20 engine, especially the high-spec K20A in the JDM cars, performs strongly at high RPM, but you don't hear often about just how smooth and well fuelled these engines are. I drove it in traffic last week, and dropping down to 40 KPH (25 MPH) in 6th it will pull away cleanly. Returns decent MPG too. I'll be sad to see it go, I looked at a few before buying this one and had intended to keep it but circumstances change and I have to move it on.
