For sale my lovely 1990 CRX i-VT 1.6 VTEC. I bought this car about 4.5 years ago from a chap whose late father had owned it for about 13 years. It was in need of restoration / recommissioning. I have spend well in excess of 30,000GBP on this car. It has had: Full windows out respray and any rust cut out and replaced (loads of photos available) Work carried out by AJR Restorations, very well known on the Honda scene Full mechanical refresh - cambelt, water pump and thermostat replaced, full service + annual services. Every single suspension component removed or replaced. Removed components blasted and powder coated. New bushes all round (OEM+ Hardrace bushes used) New discs, pads, disc shields, hoses. Brake calipers all refurbed at Big Redd. Handbrake cables replaced Suspension shocks and springs replaced Wheel bearings replaced Fuel tank replaced Wheels refurbished and new Goodyear tyres fitted Various new seals (window scrapers, rear quarter windows, windscreen) New windscreen Front seats refurbed by Inspire Automotive Tegiwa alloy radiator with twin electric fans Sony head unit and 4 speakers fitted - Bluetooth streaming I am sure I will remember more things which I'll add when I recall them! Always been run on E5 super unleaded I am reasonably confident that this is one of the best, mostly original CRXs out there. Selling due to lack of use. I have four young children and I barely have time to sit down on the sofa for 10 minutes let alone go for a drive in my car. I have probably used it 4 or 5 times a year to pop to Caffeine and Machine or to local car shows. The car is back on its original registration now - H621XUM. I still have 496 CRX which can be available by separate negotiation. If you view the car, I'd be really surprised if you were disappointed. While it isn't perfect, for 35 years old it's pretty good. It needs absolutely nothing doing, just using and looking after.
