11,950 ONO Selling due to new car. Owned since Jul 23. Purchased from Honda dealership as Honda Approved. Maintained to a high standard since. Desirable car with the factory fitted aero pack. Really high spec. REG - SF17 VGX - V5 Present 2.0L petrol i-Vtec, 4WD, Start/Stop 72,119 miles, being used so will rise slightly. P.S.H - Noted as partial, its missing just one stamp in the book from 2022, which was prior to our ownership. 3 Services completed since and 1 of them in 2023 by Honda. 5 stamps in book and 2 further services carried out by myself. Genuine Honda parts used and all receipts here. Most recent service at 70,457 miles in June 2025. MOT - Until 29th June 26. No advisories. I had requested wheel alignment to be completed at the recent MOT and a bushing was highlighted in the lower passenger side control arm, it would have been an advisory at MOT. Both front lower control arms were replaced with new at the time due to this. 2 Keys, Keyless Entry WARNING LIGHTS - None, never had any! BAD BITS External - Car has been washed and waxed regularly. Theres age related light scratches/scuffs around the car. Nothing major and you do have to look closely. No Dents/rust. Alloys are very good. Again, some very light damage but have to look very closely. Internal - Usual wear and tear as to be expected. Nothing major. Original genuine carpet mats with rubber mats on top! There are 2 broken clips in the boot, was like this when we got the car and has never bothered us. Rubber boot liner and spare tyre kit included. GOOD BITS 2 x 'Goodyear Efficient Grip 2' tyres on the front, at least 5mm tread remaining. Continental Cross Contact LX2 on rear passenger side. A recent, new tyre, on 8mm tread. Nexen tyre on driver side rear, on 5mm. Tyre was fitted by Honda prior to our purchase in 2023, hence brand mis-match on rear axle. Genuine Honda Iridium spark plugs fitted at 60,878miles. Not needing replaced until 135,878 miles. Genuine Honda Fuel Filter replaced at 62,084 miles. Next due in 2029 or 137,084 miles, whichever comes first. Sat Nav updated from the 2016 version to the latest (at the time) 2023 version in July 24. Genuine Honda Stop Start battery fitted in March 25. Paper work to show the above and more! Has memory/heated front seats, pan roof, factory fitted subwoofer and nice lights on the door sill protection plates, also underneath the side of the car (factory fitted). Has no issues going uphill in snow with the 4-wheel drive feature.
