For sale is my Maserati 4200 coupe in Grigio Nuvolari with cream leather interior. This is a facelift model being a late 2006 car - one of the last produced - which means it benefits from updated front end styling and more significantly, the vastly improved ECU, clutch and handling dynamics that were shared with the Grandsport model. I have owned the car since 2018 and in that time have worked through various improvements and thus it is presented in excellent mechanical order - I honestly think you will struggle to find a better cared for car. The Maserati drives perfectly with the suspension and tracking having been set up by Emblem Sportscar in Poole to their preferred specifications. The engine in this car is sensational, a Ferrari derived 4.2 V8 - it absolutely sings! The car has been used sparingly in my ownership covering just 9,000 miles in the last 7 years. Whilst I love this car - I always wanted to own one - it's time for it to find a new home and for me to move on to my next motor. Improvements and Upgrades - Gransport Grill - Stainless Steel Cross Pipe - Loudlink Bluetooth - Ferodo DS2500 Brake Pads - Hill Engineering Reverse Lever - Xenon Lights Service History - Solid service history with 10 dealer / specialist stamps in the book. - Recent clutch the most recent check showed this was still only at 32.96% - During my ownership servicing has been a mixture of works completed by myself - you can probably tell by now I'm quite an enthusiast - and then multiple visits to Emblem Sportscars in Poole. All of my own works can be evidenced by parts invoices and in general, were complimented to the works completed by Emblem. Some of the major history highlights: - Fully rebuilt brakes including new discs all round, pads which were upgraded to Ferodo DS2500 pads and also replaced handbrake shoes. Brakes are still perfect. - Both the Alternator, AC compressor and all associated belts have been changed in the past couple of years. These are a bit of a weak spot on these cars and hard to source! My invoices for this total over 2,000 and at a regular dealer you could pay more than double that on a car that hadn't had this done. - Engine bay has been steam cleaned as well as each inner wheel arch, suspension and brake assemblies.
