Description

I am proud to offer this Mercedes C class that has been in my family since it was new in 2015. My grandad was the one who purchased it and I became the custodian in December of 2020. It has been well loved and looked after through all the years of motoring and whilst I am sad to see it go, I hope that it can find a nice home with a new owner. My Mercedes has been serviced and MOTd regularly throughout it's life and is in immaculate mechanical condition. Any and all maintenance and remedial work was carried out in a timely manner, usually by either local Mercedes garages, or Mercedes specialists. I won't sugar coat it, the bodywork isn't perfect, not that you would expect that of a car of it's age and mileage, but most of the issues are surface level scratches and chips on the front bumper and bonnet. It's finished in a gorgeous metallic Cavansite Blue that really comes into it's own after a wash. The rear windows have been tinted to provide that little bit extra privacy, style, and heat protection the occasional sunny day we have in the UK. I also had the chrome surrounds deleted with a vinyl wrap from the UK's leading car wrapping company, Monster Wraps, in Southampton. The 17" wheels give a good size of tire for a comfy ride, and I when I took ownership of the car they were quite chipped so I took it to Platinum Alloys in Swindon to have them refurbished and diamond cut which I think improved the look the car dramatically. It is said a good set of wheels can make or break a car. They are showing some signs of bubbling but that is quite common of diamond cut wheels and don't detract from the overall look of the car. The automatic gearbox is slick, and effortlessly transitions from one gear to another, and can quickly kick-down if you need a little punch for an overtake, or just sit back and let it eat up the miles on a long motorway journey. The interior is in good condition with the only exception being the slight slit in the drivers seat. I have looked into the repair for this and would be happy to discuss this during a viewing. Tech-wise it has everything a person might need for a comfortable journey. Soft and supportive electrically adjustable heated front seats, electrically folding wing-mirrors that tilt when reversing, a clear and accurate reversing camera, front and rear parking sensors, bright LED headlights with daytime running lights built-in, a clear and melodic sound system with Bluetooth, DAB, and a CD player.
