Description

:: 2004 (05) Vauxhall (Holden HSV) Monaro VXR 5.7 V8 LS1 For sale is my rare Monaro VXR. I have owned this car for 16 years as my weekend pride and joy. Having had only 3 former keepers (The first being Vauxhall), I purchased it in July of 2009. It is a genuine UK Car, albeit registered as a 2005 - it was actually built by Holden in April 2004. As per all performance Holden's, HSV finessed all the performance models and this was completed in May 04. Both dates visible on the chassis ID plates. The car was one of 62 of this variant, shipped to the UK to be sold as the Vauxhall Monaro VXR. This one is number 32. Of 62 only 21 were 'QuickSilver metallic' making this a very rare thing in the UK today. These limited cars are obviously less common than the later LS2 VXR's but actually benefit from being in the cheaper tax bracket! amongst other pro's - as listed below. .::Specification::. 2004 (05 registered) 5.7 Litre VXR V8 LS1 387bhp 73,811 miles MOT April 26 - no advisories 2 Keys 6 speed manual Cruise control Climate control Alloys are shadow chrome Memory drivers seat Rear parking sensors Auto headlights 6 CD changer - in the unit itself (original Blaupunkt) Original fire extinguisher Spare wheel/space saver (original) + original tool kit Multi function steering wheel Engine and ECU completely standard .::Modifications::.
