Description

Porsche 996 Carrera 4 Tiptronic - 2003 (Lapis Blue Metallic) Beautifully maintained 996 Carrera 4 Tiptronic, first registered Dec 2003. Finished in Lapis Blue Metallic with Savannah Beige leather and black trim. Factory spec includes electric sunroof, PSM, PCM Bose stereo with CD changer, trip computer, and Porsche crests on headrests. Genuine 18" GT3 alloys with Michelin Pilot Sports. Covered 133000 miles, with 16 service stamps and a large folder of invoices and MOTs. Always garaged and enthusiast owned, with thousands spent on maintenance. In Aug 2021, the IMS bearing was replaced with the EPS Eternal Solution unit along with a new rear crank seal, engine and gearbox mounts, and rear brake pipes. Front suspension rebuilt with Bilstein shocks, top mounts, bump stops and drop links. Over 4,000k spent with D&G Porsche Specialists. Other new parts: brake discs and pads all round, crank sensor, ignition barrel, exhaust flexis, power steering pipes, oil pressure sender, ABS sensor, bonnet struts, and battery. Gearbox serviced with new oil, filter and sump pan to the tune of another 5k. Bodywork is beyond excellent - no rust or dents, solid underside treated with Dynax. Interior in great shape with clean Savannah leather, unmarked carpets and a working electric sunroof. Drives superbly strong engine, smooth gearbox, perfect oil pressure and temperature. Dansk exhaust gives a lovely tone. Handling and brakes are spot on. One of the nicest 996s you'll drive. Comes with 2 keys, handbook pack, full invoice folder and all books. 12 months MOT, fully serviced, air con topped up with replacement pipes and now ready to enjoy. Selling only to fund another car - not desperate, happy to keep if it doesn't go. Just spent 800. This is probably the nicest Porsche 996 on the market today. It is a properly sorted, rust-free car with all major jobs done and you if you buy on condition, not price you wont go far wrong with this car. Some of my Porsche enthusiast friends have said this drives better than their newer cars and is tight, sounds great and looks awesome. For older Porsches like this, condition is everything - not miles or age. With most cheap 996s, it's very easy to have to quickly spend thousands fixing faults and making sure the car drives and performs as it should. with this all that work has been done! I will also include lots of trim parts, upgraded Porsche double din Bluetooth stereo to be fitted equating to over 1000k worth of extra bits.
