Description

Can't quite believe I'm writing this but new arrival means I need something with a bit more space. For sale we have my dream Focus RS, it's got every option except the sunroof(lux pack, winter pack, Recaro CS seats and door edge protectors) and is in Magnetic Grey. It's wanted for nothing over the last 5 years of my ownership and it's asked for very little. Believe me when I say the car is immaculate, I've spent a small fortune on the paint work: full 2 stage correction and ceramic coating not long after taking delivery. It then received PPF to the impact areas, front bumper, sills and rear arches. There's not a mark on it and you wouldn't quite believe it's an 8 year old car. I recently added the Mountune M375 kit which is the map authorised by Ford under warranty in the early days, this was done only to improve the longevity of the engine because it's supposed to be more stable than the standard map. It also had the head gasket recall done prior to my ownership. The car had a Ghost 2 fitted by Immobilisers Direct a few months after I bought it and has been flawless for my entire ownership. The car has been serviced every year by Parks Ford in Perth Finally the bad bits and it's a short list. There's a chip in the paint of one of the rear calipers and the led bulbs in the wing mirrors aren't the best quality. I had a complete jobs worth of an MOT tester last week who claimed both front tyres had wear to the outside shoulder and the front discs were corroding. I'll leave it up to you to decide from the pictures. Additionally he fairly flagged a couple of suspension bushes and some minor play in the steering rack. He also flagged corrosion to some suspension arms and the front subframe. However like the tyres and discs situation it's no more than surface rust and I did have a plan to have it needle gunned and lanoguarded by my detailer but never got round to it. The cars been a weekender with some daily duties for the last three years and hasn't been driven in the winter over that period.
