STOP SEARCHING, YOU'VE FOUND THE ONE!
Tesla Model X P100DL with 751BHP!
Performance Ludicrous Dual Motor with all-wheel drive
100 kWh Battery
June 2019 build date meaning many of the early issues are gone. It's one of the last ever built before Tesla switched to the Raven models.
In my opinion, the Raven models don't have the same explosive launch power as the P100DL. The P100DL's dual induction motors deliver that raw, visceral Ludicrous-mode punch off the linemore thrilling and fun than the later Raven models, which use a mix of permanent magnet and induction motors.
But I'm just a Tesla geekback to the advert!
This car is FULLY LOADED, even has a tow bar! The original buyer must have bought it as a company tax write-off because there doesn't seem to be a single factory option they said no to.
It also has Full Self-Driving Capability activated (a 6,800 extra). If Tesla's hype proves true, it could be eligible for a Hardware 4 upgrade one day.
We love taking it to car shows as that's our hobby, so we fitted a Milltek Active Sound Generator, which imitates the sound of a roaring V8! (It can be made silent via the app.)
This is one of the finest examples of a P100DL on the market. It still feels almost new inside, and the white leather with black interior feels both luxurious and stylish.
No expense spared in maintenance:
2021 - Charger, upper control arm (front left)
2022 - Both upper control arms, front door drive unit (right), intermediate steering shaft
2023 - Front half-shafts, front lower aft link, new rear spoiler
2024 - 12V battery
2025 - Rear-view camera, 3rd gen charger, front tyre (Sept), wheel alignment, front air spring module, rear drop links, rear stabiliser bar, condenser fan, front lower links (Oct), rear driver tyre
!!UNLIMITED MILEAGE!! battery & drive unit warranty until June 2027 which is another big advantage over the Raven models built after this, as they were only covered to 150,000 miles.
So why are we selling? I have a nerve condition and find the perforated seats harder than my Model 3, and my girlfriend finds the X too large for supermarket parking. I've gone back to a 3, and she's getting the (smaller) Model Y. But man, it's been fun.
We're a couple of Tesla geeks, so call me if you have any questions.
Matt
P.S. The car has a few age-related marksnothing major, all documented. You can see how well we've looked after it on Instagram @TheUnicornTesla. (Private plate coming off this week.)
