Selling my Mercedes SLK 230 Kompressor as a non-runner. The car has been in storage for some time and the battery has gone flat because I forgot to disconnect it. It also has a flat rear tyre and possibly needs the throttle sensor replaced. When last driven, the car had an accelerator fault there was a slight delay when pressing the pedal. From speaking with mechanics, this could be related to a voltage issue, or it may need a replacement throttle sensor. The part & repair itself is inexpensive for anyone confident with cars or light repairs. I don't have the time or energy to sort it out. Apart from that, when the battery was brand new & working, everything else functioned well, including the electric convertible roof. I replaced the roof struts around 5 years ago, so the mechanism was in good working order. On the passenger side front wing there is some cracked paint. It sits on the original AMG alloy wheels, which still look great and hold value on their own. This would make a great small project or donor car for someone with the space and tools.
