BMW 3 Series e92 coupe for sale Good condition inside and out, black with beige leather seats, full electrics package, 89k, 19inch mv alloys, service history, No MOT I bought the car as a project and have re- built the top end by fitting two new valves, as the other two were bent. I Re-seated all the valves when fitting new valve seals. Whilst doing that I put on a new head gasket and timing chain. I fitted a new oil sump gasket and changed the oil. I did notice some metal shavings in the old oil, not sure where that came from. I investigated it by stripping down the oil pump and also checked the cone rod bearings ( no scoring/ scratches on the crankshaft) which were all good. I never noticed anything suspicious when doing all the jobs on it. After doing all that work and putting the car back together, I am having an issue putting the engine into time. I am not a mechanic and think by doing right for the car pass it on to someone else. It's a fantastic car with huge potential and will be worth 2500 once fixed The car doesn't run and will need to be towed If you have any questions please feel free to contact me anytime
