With buyer and seller keeping a copy. Background: Car has been in my ownership since 2021. Performance of the car has been good. It has been used for commuting, business, and personal use. I am selling the car now as I am now looking to relocate to London. It is an ideal run about/first car. It has been subject to a yearly service though this has not been recorded in the log book during my 4 years of ownership owing to my error. A few notes on the car: Interior/upholstry: Condition generally good. Noticeable wear on the drivers seat that may require attention. Driver side rear fog light: Damaged and in need of repair. I have ordered a new light. Boot lock mechanism: Does not work. The boot cannot be opened and so is presently accessed by lowering the rear seats. Passenger side front deterioration of body work: This is superficial and has been present since the car came into my ownership. 2 new tyres fitted in September. All of the above has been factored into the listed price, including anticipated costs of expected repairs, requirement for MOT and Service this year.
