I drove this car for a year all over the UK and enjoyed every minute. A powerful engine and really enjoyable driving experience with no issues or breakdowns. Sadly, it failed its MOT in July 2018 and has sat in the driveway since as I haven't had the time to have the work done to re-MOT. The MOT issues included reference to the handbrake not working, which was incorrect as it works fine - see paperwork for full info. As it has sat unused the battery is flat plus there is some sun-fading to the paintwork on the boot and the back right side. One key only. Battery-operated key lock needs a new battery. It's an old car with various scuffs on the interior and exterior - but comfortable and wont take much to get it back and running. It is a really solid and reliable car that has been well loved but well used - see images. The ceiling material is loose and needs adjusting. The car is sold as seen and ideal for a "do-up" project or parts. If you know your way around an XK8 then this is an absolute bargain.
