Until very recently I have looked after this well, with loads of receipts for work done. Minor rust in common areas and a few small blemishes (all pictured), but structurally solid and in very good condition overall. Very reliable - owned for 6 years with no issues. Only selling due to needing something more practical due to new baby. Almost always serviced at a BMW specialist garage. Comfortable and economical (36-37 mpg on motorway at 70mph). Ice-cold air con, smooth auto gearbox, and Bluetooth radio included. Minor, common issues to note (reflected in price): Intermittent engine light due to Lambda sensor - simple, low-cost fix, but selling due to new baby and no time to sort. Rear nearside trim piece needs reattaching - trim included, just needs clips. May be fixed before sale. Very Light oil leak (common on this engine) - hasn't worsened at all in 34k miles, no top-up needed beyond normal levels - a real non issue but worth mentioning. Mileage may rise slightly as the car is occasionally moved.
