Land Rover Discovery 3 TDV6 2.7 - MOT FAIL 2008 / 168K Miles Owned as our main family vehicle for the last 5 years selling as MOT FAIL. Excellent looking vehicle (I think one of the best looking cars ever made). Great to drive. Starts and drives well - Full MOT remedial works assessment completed at Land Rover specialist quoted between 3000 - 3500 to bring back. Notable items: Welding required to frame Suspension exhaust issue / compressor has failed also. Parking brake button has failed Boot operation failed Brake pipe corroded Also has dropped out of gear intermittently a few times - had assessed by LR specialist who recommended a gearbox flush @ 450. Other minor items as shown in MOT photo (attached). Still plenty of life, good strong engine with no major issues in the time we've have owned it.
