Description

For sale is my 2007 Honda Odyssey Absolute, a fantastic and versatile 7-seater JDM import. I purchased it in early 2024 specifically for occasional large family trips, for which it has been perfect. The 'Absolute' model is the sought-after sporty version, and its 2.4L VTEC engine is strong and responsive, with a perfectly smooth automatic transmission. A change in my work commitments and family circumstances means we simply don't have the need for a 7-seater anymore. The car is now used so infrequently that it makes more sense for a new owner to enjoy it. In my ownership, I have invested significantly in making sure the car is safe and reliable. The key highlights are: Premium All-Season Tyres: A full set of brand new Michelin CrossClimate 2 tyres (225/45/R18) was recently fitted at considerable cost. They have covered very few miles and provide excellent grip in all weather conditions. Major Brake Overhaul: A comprehensive brake service was recently completed, including front discs and pads, as well as rear pads. Performance Air Filter: The old cone filter has been replaced with a high-quality K&N cone filter for improved engine breathing and response. Upgraded Suspension: The car is fitted with coilovers (installed by the previous owner) which give it a much better stance and sharper handling, while still maintaining good ground clearance for UK roads. Condition: The paintwork is in great condition for its age and appears to have been resprayed to a high standard at some point in its life. As with any 18-year-old vehicle, it has some age-related points that a new owner may wish to address. In the spirit of a completely honest sale, these are: Radiator Leak: A small radiator leak was discovered during the last MOT. I have since treated this with Wynns Radiator Stop Leak, and there has been no subsequent coolant loss. It is important to note the car has covered very few miles since this treatment. Underside Corrosion: There is some surface rust on the underside, as is common for an imported vehicle of this age. Cosmetics: There is a dent on the tailgate (clearly shown in the photos). Wheel Balance: A slight vibration is noticeable around 65-70mph, which suggests the front wheels would benefit from being re-balanced. Wipers: The windscreen washer jets are not currently working, and the rear wiper blade requires replacement. (Final Important Note) Please Note: Due to the very infrequent usage the battery has died.
