Unfortunately the car is sold for spares or repair because of a problematic gearbox . The car starts and drives fine , the fault is intermittent and it occurs within 5-10 minutes of driving . In some instances after the car is parked it goes into limp home mode which prevents you from selecting gears. The car has been parked up for almost 3 years which means it will need a thorough inspection, new tires ,possibly new brakes. The bodywork is not great, the are a few rust marks around the front arches and around taillights area where the car was previously repaired. Reports indicate that the vehicle was damaged in 2013 and recorded as Cat D. I purchased the car in 2019 from an auction with the intention to repair and turn it into a nice project but never found the time to get anything done and i cannot justify paying somebody else to do the work.
