For sale is my beloved VW eGolf. It has the heated leather interior which is in brilliant condition, the lighter coloured headlining has a couple of faint marks in places though. The Astana aero alloy wheels are wrapped with Continental AllSeasonContact tyres, all with excellent tread depth. They do not excessively reduce the range in my experience. The battery has been tested at 92% SOH, which means that the potential range has dropped by 8% over 55000 miles of use. Realistically, I get between 80 and 100 miles between charges, and have even used the car on longer trips charging it up to 7 times over the journeys (Not recommended - 2 stars experience!) It drives superbly, handles like a go-kart if you want it to, is quick but not blistering. The eGolf is a perfect entry into a short-range electric car, especially if, like me, you want something very much under the radar. It'd also be an ideal second electric car, for nipping into town and such like - it's a Golf, so ultimately it's small enough to park in most parking spots! I'd keep it if I could, but because my circumstances changed I replaced it with a bigger car (also electric) that is longer range. This has therefore become a very expensive driveway ornament, and somebody else will likely make much better use of her. Ask any questions, I'll get back to you as quickly as I can!
