The 228i is something special! It's basically the car under the M2. Smaller, and lighter, delivering a very similar driving experience on a much more affordable budget. Totally clear MOT from August, full service history, oil and brake serviced on 4th Nov. I've owned this car for 3+ years and absolutely loved it! Reliable, excellent to drive, and an overall joy. Plus the heated seats are ideal for autumn / winter / early spring! I'm selling it because it's time for me to move to a more practical car. I will miss it dearly. I recently regassed the aircon, and have replaced a shock absorber, tyres, and brake pads since owning (all in great condition). I replaced the chrome grills with black ones that (in my opinion) look nicer, but you'll get the car with both. It's always been serviced with BMW specialists, and I have all paperwork. It comes with two keys, one unused. In the interest of transparency, and to avoid any surprises when you view the car, there are four points to note: the gearstick head is worn, the boot lip paint is fissured, a scratch on the rear bumper passenger side, and there's a faulty sensor that says the boot is open when it isn't (this is being looked into). The rear tyres may also want replacing sometime in the next 6-12 months. The next owner is in for a real treat with this one!
