Very clean car inside out. Full service history. Just had a timing belt kit replacement done along with fresh engine oil and filter. Genuine ford timing belt used, genuine Ford oil and ford filter etc. Tyres are good all around, rears pretty much brand new. Brakes are good, no issues. Front pads done recently. Clutch, gearbox, suspension and steering all sound. Engine no issues. Catalytic conver was replaced not so long ago. Car was very well maintain and always had everything done when needed. Car needs nothing at all, sit in and enjoy driving it. Not due soon but will try and get that sorted before sale, confident it will fly through with no issues at all.
