You won't find a better 996.2, 6 speed manual Carrera 4 convertible because it took me years to find this one. Meticulously maintained for years inside, outside and mechanically. Every receipt even the original bill of sale. Serviced at main dealers then renowned Porsche specialists in Suffolk and Norfolk. Bought from William Frances in Suffolk who can vouch for the car. See pictures of extensive history pack with all bills, manuals from original sale in 2002. In the last 5 to 15k miles it has had IMS, New clutch and DMF. New rads and condensers. Re gas and serviced a/c. New sparks, coil overs and tin shields. New low temp thermostat, water pump, belts and sports exhaust, new discs and pads front and rear. New ignition switch, complete new genuine indicator console set. Brake pipes front to back both sides. All wheels are immaculate and inside rims spotless. Pilots all round front loads of wear rears prob at 5mm. Roof has been re proofed, comes with hard top and stand and cover. I even have a full hide of the original metropole leather from their supplier as I was going to do the centre console but never got round to it. New genuine Porsche classic metropole front and rear carpet mats. Always garaged when not in use. I am sure I have missed some things. Every thing works perfectly and drives superb. There are cheaper alternatives but if you are looking for a 996 to drive and last rather than rack up expensive repairs and sit in a garage then think hard before parting with the cash for cheaper it's a zero sum game.
