Description
I purchased this car late Jan 2016 from a garage in Deeside. It was a one owner vehicle with 86k on the clock. Before the sale they changed the clutch, dual mass flywheel and cambelt.
I have owned it since, and whatever it has needed it has been done.
A quick review of my receipts shows a total over six times the asking price. I changed the alloys around 3 yrs ago, steering rack has been replaced, recently have fixed the aircon, good tyres all round (all matching).
This car drives really well - it has served us really well and I am very sad to see it go, but we have elected to buy a Volkswagen Caddy Maxi to convert for days out.
It is a very genuine car.
But, there are some negatives noting the vehicle age and use.
It has always been smoky on start - and was when I bought it.
Front bumper could do with firming up as some of the fixings have broken.
Usual wear and tear inside and out - markings to interior and scuffs to the exterior.
Some light rust over rear wheel arch.
The worst damage however is to the boot. I lightly nudged someone about 6 yrs ago but she kindly let me off. So, when someone hit me, (a little harder) around 18 months ago, I let them off. The boot opens and shuts no problem, no leaks - but clearly cosmetically unfortunate.
Panoramic glass roof.
Seats come down in less than one minute - see photo for loading space.
2 x keys
Driver's airbag replaced in 2021 - under manufacturer recall.
Remote central locking.
CD x 6 stacker.
Long MOT to end July 2026.
Test drives welcome - very lively and reliable 6 speed 2lt tdi.
Please note I have priced the car in accordance with the above.
