Selling my Seat Leon estate, that I bought from Ron Skinner & Sons Cardiff around 1 year ago. Since then, I have only done around 5000 miles in it, and am now selling as we no longer need a second car. Car is in generally good used condition, is clean inside and out and is ready to drive away with a recent service and year long MOT. I've really liked this estate, it's easy to drive, plus most controls in the car are with real buttons and knobs rather than via a complicated touchscreen. I get around 42mpg for mainly city driving. Upgrades I have made to the car: - Added a full size spare alloy wheel and tyre, stored under the boot floor. - Updated the SatNav SD card to the latest year. - Good quality fitted boot liner. The car has no mechanical or electrical defects that I am aware of and recently had a full service and MOT in a local garage I trust. Please note I have listed the car as partial service history for full transparency. However, the car was sold to me by the dealer as a full service history, but there was no paperwork for the approx 30,000 miles service. It was serviced by the dealer around 40,000 miles, and I have just had an annual service done at 46,000 Tyres are Continental but note that they only have around 5-6mm tread left on them. Cosmetic damage/defects that I am aware of: - Multiple pant chips mainly in the expected areas on the front bumper. These were paint matched before I bought the car and are only visible on close inspection. - Approx 3 tiny chips in the windscreen, no cracks and nil in the drivers main view. - Rear passenger side alloy wheel has kerb scrapes/scratches, the other alloys are in generally good condition. - Paint has flaked off the passenger side windscreen wiper. Car will come with the parcel shelf, but it's not in the photos as I never use it. For a negotiable extra fee I can also include Yakima Whispbar roof racks (seen in photos), plus a 4pets Pro crash tested dog crate.
