After owning her for 20 years, it is with great sadness I am selling my beloved Beetle. It has been extremely reliable, starting perfectly fine at 5am every morning in the freezing cold for work, not once has she let me down. The following items have been replaced recently: ~All internal electrics inc. Central locking, electric windows motors & stereo/speaker cabling 2024 ~ Battery 2024 ~Alternator 2022 ~Ignition coils & leads 2021 ~Spark plug 2021 Heating works fine, air con has stopped working. Paintwork is generally in a good condition, a few marks and scratches, plus a small bit of rust on the roof, which is to be expected for a car this age. Kenwood radio/CD player with speakers The reason I am selling is because the ESP warning light has appeared on the dash. It still drives fine am I am using it every day. The engine warning light has been on for the last 8 years without causing any problems, it has been investigated but was found to be a faulty sensor. I have all the paperwork for all the work that has been done to it over the years. It just needs a bit of money spent on it to get it through the MOT which expires on 23rd Nov 2025.
